I’m not a politician,
I am we the people.
I was born in Waxahachie, Texas, in 1972 and graduated from Forney High School in 1990. Baseball was a big part of my younger years - I played at Navarro Junior College and Eastfield Community College before heading to Stephen F. Austin State University to study wildlife biology. After that, I came back home, went to work in our family business, Mann Glass Co., and eventually built a life as a business owner and rancher in Richland Springs.
Like a lot of Texans, I’m fed up with watching our tax dollars wasted, stolen, or shipped overseas while we’re sitting on $37 trillion of national debt. It doesn’t make sense. We need to put Texas and America first, get our own house in order, and take care of our people before worrying about someone else’s problems. I want a government I can trust again, and I believe the only way that happens is if regular folks like us stop relying on career politicians and step up to do what’s right for the American people and the American taxpayer.
I married my wife, Candy, in 1994, and together we raised three kids: Gunner, Ty, and Berkeley. Today we’ve got six grandkids - Brinlyn, Mavery, Axel, Dawson, Presley, and Scottie - with another one on the way.
Family means everything to me, and it’s the reason I’m in this fight. I want my kids and grandkids to grow up in an America that’s strong, secure, and free.
